We also accept automobile personal injury & workers comp claims.

The time has come for Dr. Clark to go continue his education. Office will be closed Friday 8/15/25 and will reopen Monday. Feel free to walk-in or call in (731-885-0461) today or tomorrow and we will get you in so you don’t suffer over the weekend. Again, we will resume normal office hours Monday and I’m sure we will be much smarter.
