Alyce Life Yoga Anandi has taught for kaiser to people with stress-related health issues and gives compassion and skill to accommodate any need.

Anandi had been searching for meaning and purpose most of her life and when she took her first Yoga class the light was ignited. She found what she was looking for and the rest continues to unfold in the most Divine way. "I've found a beautiful awareness within myself through regular Meditation practice that the challenges we face every day cannot touch. Through my classes I wish to introduce you that awareness, enabling you to navigate through the course of your life with skill, strength, humility, and peace." "Through the process of unfolding in Yoga practice, one is like a flower bud, slowly opening to reveal the Absolute beauty within." Anandi is currently certified by the Intergal Yoga Institue in San Fransisco, California. She considers this to be her spiritual home base. Her certifications include Level 1, Level 2, Meditation, and Raja Yoga received from the Integral Yoga Institute as well as Prenatal and Postpartum Yogas from "Whole Birth Yoga" in Santa Cruz, California.She recently received certification for" Yoga and Multiple Sclerosis".
