We’re quick to define people by the worst thing they’ve done, the hardest season they’ve lived through, or the label placed on them in a moment of pain.

But healing changes people.

Growth teaches people.

And sometimes the people who once struggled the most become the ones who help others find their way forward.

This isn’t about excusing harm.

It’s about understanding that transformation is real — and that prevention often comes from the voices of those who have lived the experience, done the work, and chose a different path.

Cycles don’t break through judgment alone.

They break through honesty, accountability, support, and people willing to grow.

Today’s Reading — Anonymity.

Jonathan reflects on the power of anonymity — creating space to hear the message without judgment, comparison, or distraction.

A reminder that recovery works best when we listen for the truth, not the person delivering it.
