More often, they indicate that your system is overwhelmed and stuck in survival mode.

Overwhelmed isn’t the same as irreparable. The human body is incredibly adaptive, and it's constantly working to restore balance.

The key isn’t forcing it harder, but instead creating the conditions that allow it to shift out of survival and back into healing.

Your body has not given up on you. With the right support, you can both move forward.
