We chose open air float tanks for many reasons but one of our main reasons is that they are large enough for any body size to feel comfortable in and they allow 2 people to float together. We want floating to be for everyone so if open air aren’t your jam there are great places in Milwaukee and Brookfield with different tank options to try.

Happy Earth Day! Some ideas to celebrate Earth Day include cleaning up litter, driving less or carpooling, plant a tree, start a community garden, switch to a renewable energy source, or recycle what you can. Let us know in the comments what you did for Earth Day.

Need extra support items? 🤔 We have plenty of options! 👌🏻 Every float is given a halo but if you need extra support for areas that may need it we can get you another halo or pool noodles 👊🏻 Just let our staff know when you come in and the will get you whatever you need to help you be as comfortable as possible 😊

Quiet outside noise up to 120 minutes at a time during a float session 🕊️

When you come for a float session you get the entire length of your float. For example if you are coming for a 60 minute float we build in time for our staff to give you an intro to floating, answer questions, etc and then we build in 5-7 minutes for your pre float shower and 7-10 minutes for your post float shower so that you get the whole 60 minutes to yourself! If you need a little more time to get ready after your float feel free to use either of our rest rooms.

-Go for a walk
-Spend time outside
-Spend time with loved ones and/or pets

-Journal
-Take a bath
-Take an exercise class (a few places we recommend are NeuStrength Fitness Narrowpath Martial Arts Burlington Dance Academy or MOOV Pilates and Yoga Studio)

-Make your favorite coffee or tea
-Have a technology free day

Meditation and floating go hand in hand. Whether you are well practiced in one or the other practicing them together gets you into a calmer state faster. We like to say floating helps reset your mind and body while regular meditation helps sustain it.
