Take some time to immerse yourself in the things that bring a smile to your face, whether it's revisiting a beloved sitcom or perusing adorable pictures and videos of baby animals. Balancing your moments of sorrow with opportunities for genuine happiness can be a crucial part of your emotional well-being.
