After listening to your feedback and taking in the energy from our last gathering, we’ve made a decision.

Manifest & Move is becoming an annual experience.

This wasn’t an easy choice, but it was the right one. What was created in that room deserves more space, more intention, and an even deeper experience than we can offer right now.

So instead of rushing the next one, we’re choosing to expand it, refine it, and bring it back in a way that truly honors what this space is meant to be.

If you were planning to join us this time, thank you. Your interest, your messages, and your presence are part of why we’re making this shift.

So much gratitude for this day.
Huge thank you to Dre’s Beauty Supply for sponsoring and to Jamila of Halo Premium Hair Care for collaborating with me on this experience.

Despite 10 degree weather and a snowstorm on the way, everyone still showed up, showed love, and created together. That alone meant everything.

We spent time putting together vision boards focused on what we want to create over the next 90 days, with intention, laughter, and connection.

More highlights coming soon.
For now, this is us creating our futures together with our completed boards.

This is more than visioning. It’s an experience rooted in clarity, movement, and accountability, held in community, so you don’t have to figure it out alone.

We got together at Melao Cafe in Rahway over a delicious breakfast and came up with
Manifest & Move: A Vision Board Experience.

We are so excited to invite you to a morning created for women who have been on the hamster wheel, doing all the things, yet still not seeing their goals fully come to life. This is a space to pause, get honest, and reconnect with what you truly want, without pressure or perfection.

Manifest & Move is more than creating a vision board. It’s an intentional experience rooted in clarity, movement, and accountability, so you’re not carrying your vision alone. You’ll be supported as you reflect, create, and begin taking aligned steps forward in a nurturing, community-centered space.

Last night reminded me why I love this work so much. Co-creating this experience with Caren Cooper was a true gift. She brought such grounded presence to the somatic reset, and it was beautiful to witness our work weaving together so naturally: her guided exercise and my sound healing, energy work, and restorative yoga creating one calming, intentional space.

To every woman who joined us, thank you. The room felt like a circle of soft power, breathing together, releasing what the body had been holding and letting connection do its quiet medicine. The way we moved, shared, rested and supported one another was a reminder of what happens when women gather with intention.

A special thank you to Dre from Dre’s Beauty Supply for adding your warmth and sparkle to the evening.

And that Lavender tea… unexpectedly soothing. It wrapped around all of us like a gentle exhale.

Caren and I are planning another gathering in January, so stay tuned!

My heart is full and already dreaming about what we’ll create next. Nights like this are why I do this work: creating spaces where women can land, reconnect, and rise, together. 💛✨

Last night, Soma Sip & Soothe was nothing short of magical. The energy, the softness, the way everyone settled into rest together, it all felt like a blessing.

Before I share a full recap, I have to take a moment to honor this angel who showed up for me when I needed it most. She didn’t have to come, she didn’t have to rearrange her day, she didn’t have to pour her time and energy into helping me set up. Yet she walked in with a heart wide open, rolled up her sleeves, and helped me create something beautiful.

She added touches I didn’t even think of, saw what I couldn’t see in the moment, and held the space with so much love and intention. Her presence felt like grace in human form.

I’m so grateful for her spirit, her kindness, and the way she just gets it. Community like this is rare, and I don’t take it lightly.

Thank you, my angel. Your support meant more than you know.
