Winter skin calls for something extra nourishing, so it’s the perfect time to stock up on our goat’s milk body lotions. It’s made with creamy goat’s milk and rich plant oils that are naturally high in vitamins and fatty acids- perfect to comfort dry, cold-weather skin. It absorbs quickly without feeling heavy or greasy, leaving skin soft, calm, and protected against harsh winter air. Whether it’s after a hot shower or before bundling up for the day, this is the lotion we reach for all season long.

In the soap kitchen cutting up a fresh batch of our Blood Orange soap!

It’s one of those moments where the whole studio smells bright and citrusy. This bar is made with nourishing oils and scented with blood orange essential oil for a clean, uplifting wash that feels fresh without being overpowering. Each batch is made with goat’s milk, red clay and turmeric, and then cut by hand. Once cut, the bars are set aside to cure, giving the soap time to harden, mellow, and become long-lasting in the shower or at the sink.

Hello- We’re Wandering Goat Soap! Here are a few things we want to share…

-The goat’s milk that we use in all of our soap is also from our goats here on the farm. We use the freshest ingredients available to us. Goat’s milk has many skincare benefits- it’s full of vitamins A and B1 which can help repair tissue damage and control acne, and it’s both moisturizing and anti-inflammatory. The lactic acid in goat’s milk acts as a mild exfoliant by removing dead skin cells!

-We make our own oil infusions with botanicals that we grow here on the farm. Some examples are lavender, rosemary, and chamomile. We use these infused oils in our soaps!

-We never will use fragrance oils or synthetics! We only use botanicals, oil infusions, and essential oils in our soaps.

-We know where all of our ingredients come from- some are directly from our farm, and some are sourced locally. When sourcing from outside our area, we look closely to determine things like ingredient quality, ethical practices, and sustainability.

We believe that what you put on your body is just as important as what you put in it, and we’re committed to being transparent about the ingredients we use and how they benefit your skin!

Goat’s milk is full of fatty acids and nutrients that help soothe dryness or irritation. It also has a similar pH to skin, making it a great option for sensitive skin types.

The weather may be a bit colder now that we’re moving into December (and some of us may even have snow on the ground!) but fall isn’t officially over yet! We’ve bundled up our three most popular fall soaps into one lovely gift set- including Vanilla Chai, Pumpkin Spice, and Apple Cider.

We think it’s safe to say that the holiday season is officially here!
