Hey Guys! 👋

How have you been?
We know, it’s been a while.

So much has changed.

We have been on a little hiatus, we had a lot of stuff to figure out in our lives.

We needed space & time to figure out what this looks like and where it fits.

Pretty much everything has changed for us.

We needed to find a way to fit H&O into our lives now.

To be honest,
We are still working out the kinks.

But we do have some things figured out…

We switched over our online store to Etsy.

We simplified what we offer and got back to the root of what we love.

Tea & Tarot are our main focuses now.

We do have a whole array of wellness products available on our Etsy.

Over the weekend we had the pleasure of collaborating on a workshop geared toward making stress relief and body knowledge accessible to young girls! Working with the non-profit women’s group Soroptimist and from , hosted by East End Community Center, we had a great turn out and a morning full of expansion 🌞

educated on journaling, visualization and herbal remedies 🪻🌿 and educated on natural cycles, body changes and how to better serve our mental health through the foods we choose 🦋🍓

We are so glad to be able to serve our community through workshops like this!

Some spring foraging goodies I’ve found this week. 🌞🌱

Get out there, with your identification guide, and what the earth is offering you 🫶

Purple Dead Nettle: an edible green I like to harvest when I find it. Make chips out of it, you won’t be sorry you did!

Cleavers: Great for spring time allergies! 🤧

Turkey Tail: an wild edible mushroom 🍄 (be careful though, they have a look alike that isn’t so friendly).

There will be so much more to come as we progressnto spring! 🌞
