Job Description:
Lab Worxx is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exams for commercial drivers. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated provider interested in a focused, low-complexity, and high-efficiency clinical environment.

Responsibilities:
Conduct DOT physical examinations in accordance with FMCSA guidelines
Complete all necessary documentation and reporting accurately and timely
Provide patient education regarding exam results and health recommendations
Maintain current DOT Medical Examiner Certification (NRCME)
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow

Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in Pennsylvania
Certified Medical Examiner on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME)
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently

Preferred:
Experience performing DOT exams
Familiarity with occupational medicine or urgent care settings.
