1. “If I don’t drink it fast, will it get thick?”
Nope! It won’t thicken—but timing matters. Fortagen takes about 23 minutes to digest, so it’s best to drink it 30 minutes before consuming other protein or about an hour after.

2. “What is it made from?”
Fermented bacteria 🦠 (we know… sounds a little crazy 😅), but it’s actually an incredibly effective source of the amino acids your body needs.
