Our mission is to provide enhanced quality patient care and provide comprehensive medical services to the residents of Putnam County and it’s surrounding areas. The Rural Health Clinic has providers available to meet you and your family's general physical and mental health care needs. For general family practice needs you can choose to see: Dr. Stephen Casady, DO, Chief of Staff; Dr. Thomas Williams, DO; Nathan Baughman MSN, FNP-BC; or Deborah Wardlow FNP-BC. Erin Maclin, Psy.D Psychologist also offers tele-health therapy services through the clinic. The Specialty Clinic offers services by Dr. Lary Ciesemier, Allergy, Asthma and Immunology; Dr. Deborah Holte, Podiatry; Dr. Nathan Kenyon, Pain Management; Dr. Phillip McIntire, General Surgery; Dr. Dana Valencia, Cardiology; and Tonia Nerini, AGNP Rheumatology. Our pharmacy participates in a government program that helps eligible customers receive discounted prescription drugs.
