Our team, led by our Clinical Director Sarah Held, has organized an ongoing food drive to support our clients in the Farmington Valley and West Hartford communities who have lost SNAP benefits or are struggling with food scarcity.

These donations go directly to trauma survivors and their families who need help keeping food on the table.
We are still accepting contributions. If you’d like to donate, please contact our office for drop-off details. Every item truly makes a difference.

Join us for EMDRIA approved EMDR basic training either in person or online for 2 weekends. This training will help improve client outcomes, decrease burnout and grow your practice! The curriculum will include 40 hours of live content and 10 hours of virtual consultation. This is a connection-centered training done by therapists for therapists on EMDR.
