Smith Vision Care, LLC Smith Vision Care, LLC is located adjacent to the optical department inside Costco Saint Peters and C Welcome! We are open Monday-Friday and some Saturdays.

We are the eye doctor inside Costco in University City, Missouri. You do not need to be a Costco member to receive an eye exam, however you do need a membership to purchase glasses/sunglasses or contacts. We perform comprehensive eye exams, including glasses/contact lens prescriptions, complete eye health assessment, and urgent eye care needs. The Costco Optical Department is adjacent to us and offer a great selection of name brand glasses and sunglasses.
