I hope everyone has had a warm and cozy Christmas and I am hopping on today to share the news that I will no longer be offering an in person clinic or appointments in KY beginning in 2025. Telehealth sessions for herbal, hormonal, fertility and pelvic floor/abdominal care and natural health alternative consultations will remain available. I know many of you that have worked with me know that there is much more that happens in these sessions than “natural health care” appointments and that they are anything but a regular healthcare appointment lol….and that space will still be available for us to share from afar and the comfort of your home should you like.

Regular clients that have been with me long term will still receive regular updates of when I will be in town and offering space for sessions… I will still be here quite often to see family I am sure 🙂

It has been a difficult decision and one that I have been considering heavily, especially over the last 6 months. My time in KY with you all has been so wonderful. I have seen myself evolve more into the woman I always wanted to be, and I have been blessed to see many of you evolve into rooted, beautiful, loving, fierce, and bold women. You all have allowed my work to grow, develop, blossom and turn into work that I will continue to practice, write about and one day teach to other practitioners.

A time in my life has come where I need to tend to my own personal needs and joys beyond work. Many of you know I need the mountains and the sea to feel whole and to feel supported. They are the places where I can feel cared for and at peace. There is also so much I’d like to write about and share with the world and I am excited to carve out the space to that and begin that journey of expression of my love for the body, earth, cosmos and holistic health over the coming year and years to come.

I will be hosting women’s classes, courses and sharing my writing more over the coming months and so I do hope we will stay connected and you all will continue believing and remembering that there is more, there are always (always!!!!) options, there are worlds of support and love and nourishment for you and your body and health and wellbeing. You are never alone.

I will be just a text or email or zoom away!

Please let me know if you have any questions and wishing you all a very happy new year.

Jaz

Hi 👋 all! Many of you know I have been on a bit of a sabbatical to rest, reset, reimagine, recenter and spend time working on some personal creative projects, enjoy some play and of course - I’m always learning and expanding in the world of women’s natural health so that my offerings and work with you all continues to evolve: such is the way of woman! Always evolving, always changing, always transforming. I advocate that women need space! Room to grow, room to change, room to create, permission to leave behind what they were and become who they are. So I try to mirror that in how I live my life and the way I run and plan my work.

I have been traveling solo in Mexico for quite a few weeks and will be here for about 2 more and then I will be making my return!
✨I am taking in person appointments for December so if you you would like to come in and be nourished, witnessed, heard and empowered in the natural options available for your physical, emotional and energetic feminine health - please reach out any time! Text or email is best- but please check spam for my response if you email! It has been an issue since I have been abroad.

🌀 Lastly, there are some new offerings from Revolve Women’s Health I am going to share soon, stay tuned 🤍. There are Other worlds and women I have teamed up with, and hopefully more to come. My aim always with this work has been at the root and core value-about providing OPTIONS for women. Options beyond what we are told by the medical-industrial complex are possible for us! Options that have been surpressed to oppress us and leave us reliant on someone or another system or another medication having the answers for what we need and can do as women. The aim is not to say you have to choose natural health or the medical system- that is only more constricting. The aim is options- so that you are free. There are more options we have as women when it comes to our health, caring for our bodies, birth, postpartum, hormone health and menopausal care than is often realized.

So my goal is to create more options, to partner more with collaborative practitioners, to open more worlds, more freedom, more choices and I am excited to share some small pieces of that that are coming together!

I hope you all are wonderful and allowing yourself time, space, grace, tears, play, rest and forgiveness each day.

Love,
Jaz

Hi All! It’s been some time since I posted here as I’ve enjoyed taking more time to focus on family, traveling and trainings ✨and of course being in sessions with you all! It has been lovely.

I’ve shared with some of you -but wanted to post here for the upcoming virtual women’s class and circle in early July focusing on the physical, energetic and spiritual aspects of breast health. We will have space to share natural and alternative practices for breast beauty, connection and health and over the lifespan and through the many transitions and changes women experience. It will be a beautiful and special class and you’ll leave with info you can use for the rest of your life.

Class is 45$ and I recommend planning 1.5-2 hours

Let me know if you have any questions or would like to join

Warmly,
Jaz

Spending time with my best bud and nephew picking violets and dandelions to make a spring syrup tonic that helps tone the liver, belly, lymph and skin after winter letting us adjust more gracefully to the spring and change in environment / allergens!

Dandelion is one of our greatest herbal medicines (in my opinion). They clean and support the liver, detoxification, heal the gut and support healthy digestion… the leaf is an amazing aid to women and their pelvic and hormone health in the second half of the menstrual cycle … they come back to our yard each year to help us heal from the poisons people spray to kill them in their blindness- not yet seeing that what you do to the earth, you do to your own body. They come back again to offer guidance anyways 🙂

I am off for the next 2 weeks for a training intensive I am very excited about! (Will share more soon) 🦋and a few personal development and solo days with the mountain spirits of Utah.

I am only offering telehealth sessions- herbal medicine consultations, hormone health consultations and Cosmic Body health & lunar fertility readings until I am back for in person!

I Look forward to seeing you all then❤️

Please reach out any time with any questions or for booking!

Big hugs,
Jaz

Anyone else feeling the cleaning and clearing out bug 🐛 with this new moon? It’s almost the start of spring- Spring is truly the energetic new year and the beginning of the year and the next few weeks can be a great time to shed the previous year, shake off the winter stagnancy and clean house. Make way for new energies and space for who you now know yourself to be and how you wish to express yourself 🦋

🌍 Every earth season (there are 12) sensitizes a different part and system of the human body.

This season we are currently in before spring arrives emphasizes the lymphatic system- & clearing the sludge and sewer system of the body. We see violets starting to bloom, which is a traditional herbal medicine to support the lymphatic system - Mother Earth is always providing ways for us to connect with her and stay healthy. 🥰

What are some things your mother or grandmother taught you about cleaning and maintaining your home?

My herbal mentor in traditional southern medicine was talking with me about how she used to have to sweep her dirt yard and mop the inside floors daily! She also said 2 times a year they took their mattresses out to “Sun” them & keep them in good health ☀️ she was taught that cleanliness and a healthy home is a way to be of service and develop a spiritual practice and I agree.

Good Cleaning routines, clearing out clutter and organization in our homes helps soothe the mind, our emotions, and gives us structure to relax and feel grounded in.

A woman's pelvic health is intimately tied to her digestive, gastrointestinal and whole body health- this is why in sessions we always spend time talking about digestion, menstruation, food, your immune system, bowel and bladder movements and assess both your belly and pelvis with special body work and never look just at one or the other. They are completely tied to the health of one another.

A healthy gut creates a healthy vaginal and urinary tract microbiome and because a healthy gut creates healthy detoxification, it protects our pelvic organs from hormone and immune imbalances that can arise if our body cannot effectively eliminate what it needs to. A healthy gut also helps our body to digest our food appropriately so we can get the the nutrients, minerals and vitamins we need so that our pelvic organs can thrive and we can produce healthy and balanced hormone levels leading to healthy menstruation, fertility and overall pelvic health.

In the same way- our pelvic health also impacts our digestive/GI health. For example - When a woman has an abdominal surgery, c-section, hysterectomy or perineal / pelvic scar tissue formed after birth or procedures and the scar tissue is left untended - that scar tissue can impact the terrain and environment of the entire abdominal cavity - changing how our guts/organs move, the way our bowel and bladder are positioned potentially impacting our bowel and bladder movements or susceptibility to bladder or vaginal infections.

Scar tissue and the way it can form and travel in the body from the pelvis can change which parts of our microbiome are nourished and can leave parts of our gastrointestinal tract depleted as changing the waterways in a garden would change the health of your plants no matter how much intervention you gave to make the plants grow -- this can be one reason why some women experience taking supplements and herbs and doing diets to improve their gut and immune health but it may not seem to fully work-- often times their pelvic surgical history, birth history or scar tissue has remained untreated and is often times never even asked about.

Surgeries and suturing not only impact the muscles and the way our abdominals and pelvic floor muscles should work to support us, our organs, our breathing, our posture and our movement - if scar tissue is formed and high levels of inflammation present and neither of the above are tended...it can impact a woman's long term immunity, feed into auto immune conditions and cause liver, gallbladder and bowel obstructions and imbalances later down the line

If you have had abdominal or pelvic surgeries, surgical interventions at birth, perineal scar tissue, etc- it can impact your digestive and general health, vitality and feeling of wellness! Although this is often overlooked and left undiscussed in the general medical and health systems-- I always encourage you to seek support and treatment for your tissues and healing. Pelvic health is critical even if not fully recognized yet - it is central to your womanly health across your entire life span!

The last few days of the 2 February specials which offer 2 special and unique, whole-istic ways to work together as a team to deepen your relationship with your feminine health!
All of the work offered is intended to be about women nurturing women in a way that spans the full range and needs of a woman! Sometimes we need physical body work and lab numbers… sometimes we need a metaphor of the moon, Venus or mercury to bring us back into our remembrance of how beautiful, special and meaningful we are as women in this Life.

Both telehealth and in person sessions are available. Let me know if you have any questions about the specials or any other offerings and booking.

Happy Wednesday. Big Hugs,
Jaz

My trip to Wyoming has been amazing! Being in the mountains consistently during the winter is a non-negotiable to my personal health, well-being and most importantly my JOY. What are the non-negotiables you must have to feel good in your own life? Are you making space for them?

One of the most foundational parts of health and healing is joy. The other is Sunlight. You might be surprised to hear that no- I don’t believe health is going to be found by taking 1000 supplements and eating a restrictive diet and over exercising.

While I believe herbs, natural supplements, healthy movement and a well rounded, whole food, nutrient dense diet are critical components of a healthy life or to move through a healing journey…. They really don’t work in the absence of Sunlight and a lack of space for joy, fun, pleasure and relaxation in life.

For example- if you don’t ever enjoy what you cook or eat.. it can actually be harmful and depletive and can cause dis- “ease” in the body and mind. It is important to listen to how our body feels and what our mind is thinking as we ingest our food- does it feel like I am nourishing myself?

Sunlight - yes, even in winter - must be honored day in and day out. Sunlight is the truth of all Life on this planet.

I work to practice what I preach so here is me- enjoying life, getting outside and seeing sunrise even in negative degree weather ☀️🥳🤸‍♀️🏔️

There are a few more weeks of the specials pinned to the top of the page- please reach out any time to book! I am also taking in person session appointment bookings for the Mayfield and Paducah space in March

Sending big hugs,
Jazmin

My Story

Jazmin has been an explorer with an adventurous spirit all her life.

Having traveled and backpacked to over 30 countries around the world, there is nothing she loves more than opening her mind to new ideas, people, challenges and ways of life.

Her second passion of helping others began during her undergraduate career at the University of Louisville where she studied communication and the positive effects that proper communication and relationship building can have on a person’s ability to heal. She knew she could make her greatest impact in this realm as a health care provider working directly with people in need.

Her desire to enter the healthcare field, paired with her love of the human body and its' innate capabilities to heal, led her to pursue a doctorate degree in physical therapy at Chapman University in Orange County, CA. During her education, Jazmin had the opportunity to work globally and provide physical therapy services through an international clinical internship in Costa Rica and was awarded the Humanitarian Award, Outstanding Student Award, and Scholastic Achievement Award by her peers and professors.
