๐Ÿ•’ Evening Trainer Position, 10-15 hours/week | (Schedule may vary. Opportunities for additional hours available.)

This position is part-time, afternoons/evenings to start.
Morning hours may be added in the future.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Pay: $20โ€“$24/hour (based on experience & certification)

Iron Therapy Training is a private personal training studio in Great Bend, KS thatโ€™s been transforming lives since 2020. We specialize in 1-on-1 and semi-private body transformation coaching for busy professionals. Through strength training, corrective exercise, and lifestyle coaching, we help our clients reduce pain, regain strength, and achieve lasting results.

๐Ÿง  ๐๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of exercise science, form, and safety
Passion for helping others and a "go-getter" mindset
Great communication and people skills
Comfortable using basic computer tools (scheduling, tracking, etc.)
Bonus if you have experience in physical education, sales, or corrective exercise
Must be open to using our systems and training tools for client success
