Hannah started with us at the beginning of February, and ๐ก๐๐ซ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ ๐ฅ๐จ๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐ฉ๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ซ๐๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ ๐ญ๐จ.
She is a busy professional. A mom. Her days are full, responsibilities are constant, and like so many women, it would be easy to put her own health on the back burner.
But she chose not to. She decided her health still mattered.
One of the biggest things Hannah wanted to work on was rebuilding strength through her core. After having children, she was dealing with core weakness, something many women experience but often donโt realize can improve with the right training.
She also wanted to get stronger alongside her husband Steve, both of them making the decision to invest in their health together.
Since starting the program, Hannah has made incredible progress.

When Hannah started, she had about a 4-finger separation through her abdominal wall.
Now she is down to just 2 fingers.
That is a huge improvement and a clear sign that her core is getting stronger and functioning better.
What makes this even more important is how she is doing it.
This is true body composition change.
She is losing body fat while maintaining muscle.
That is a huge win because a lot of people focus only on weight, but weight alone never tells the full story.
When your body loses fat while holding onto muscle, that means your metabolism stays stronger, your body functions better, and the results are healthier and more sustainable long term.
