If you work with people all day, you may recognize yourself in the following:
✨Back achy, stiff, or sore after holding space for others all day.
✨Perfectionism, inner critic, or pressure to ‘get results’ shakes your confidence and authentic connection with your clients.
✨Moments of therapeutic stuckness where you wonder if you are missing cues because nothing you try seems to help your client make progress.

Over time, the body adapts to the emotional and relational demands of your work. Postures that once helped you feel competent or protected your heart can become habits that leave you tired, discouraged, and disconnected from the passion that brought you to this field.

There is another way. You do not have to break your back or your spirit to help others,

It is possible to work from a place of ease, grounding and clarity. It is possible to finish the day connected and fulfilled.

And it begins with your spine.

This course will help you understand your postural habits, tune into what your body communicates in real time, and transform those signals into deeper present and embodied attunement with your clients.

The second half of life holds a threshold many of us are never taught how to cross.

It can be a time of questioning, loss, and uncertainty. But it can also be a powerful moment to reconnect with our creativity, our purpose, and the deeper story we are here to live.

This June, I’ll be co-facilitating Living Your Legacy: A Creative Voyage into the Second Half of Life, a two-day online expressive arts retreat with the wonderful Adriana Marchione.

Together we will explore visual art, movement, and creative writing as ways to listen to the body, honor life transitions, and shape the legacy we want to carry forward.
