Absolutely! Before I put anything in my mouth in the morning, I make sure I rinse out my mouth and scrape off my tongue a little bit.
My mentor had a heart surgery and they had him use a tube to suck all the saliva out of his mouth; they didn’t want the bacteria to get into his bloodstream as much.
I haven’t had time to do much research in it, but it doesn’t make sense. If your tongue looks horrible and your breath smells, you need to do some work on your oral hygiene (and your gut health).

Bottled up some Elderberry Fire Cider. It's a bit milder than my regular Fire Cider, and it also makes a delicious marinade or glaze for veggies or meats. Regular and Pomegranate-Blood Orange Fire Ciders will be ready to strain and bottle in another week or so.

This position is perfect for a recent retiree or someone who enjoys driving, meeting new people, and being part of the trail community. Drivers must be reliable, able to lift 50 pounds, and have a clean driving record.
