Hot off the Presses!

The AHA released the brand new 2025 Guidelines for CPR and ECC yesterday.

We've linked the full reference below, but some of the quick hits include the elimination of 2-finger chest compressions in infants, the addition of back blows to adult airway obstructions, and some advice on mechanical CPR that's garnered quite a bit of feedback across the internet. 👀

For those of you who this is your first update, don't worry! Your certifications are still valid until the expiration date. Your next class will be based on the new guidelines.

Had to close the week out with one last bit of good news, which is that we’re setup and ready to train at our new location in Pineville!

Big thanks to Alexandria Fire Department for having us this weekend!

We trained 11 highly-motivated professionals in Tactical Emergency Casualty Care. They were a great group and made for a fun class! The citizens of Alexandria are well served by this great group.
