Dopamine & Serotonin are neurotransmitters that affect how we feel by sending signals through the body.

⭐️Dopamine
1. associated with rewards and motivation.
2. causes temporary feeling of pleasure when released in the brain.
3. associates with wakefulness.

⭐️Serotonin
1. associated with happiness, focus and calmness.
2. regulates mood, body temperature, appetite, and involved in how we process emotions.
3. helps maintain with sleep, but can prevent people from falling asleep.
