Baseline Prostate Cancer and Awareness Foundation Our mission is to educate and empower men and their families affected by prostate cancer.

Our non-profit organization is dedicated to raising awareness about prostate cancer and promoting early detection through education and community outreach. We strive to empower men and their loved ones with the knowledge and resources needed to make informed decisions about their health, and to provide support to those affected by this disease. Our ultimate goal is to reduce the incidence and mortality rates of prostate cancer, and to improve the quality of life for those living with the disease.

So my prostate cancer has metastasized to my bladder. September 2023 the doctor went in and did A trans urethral resection of bladder tumour (TURBT) is usually the first treatment you have for non muscle invasive bladder cancer. Your surgeon removes the tumour in your bladder through the urethra. The urethra is the tube that carries urine from the bladder to the outside of your body.

Make sure they give you antibiotics for infections. Have someone in the doctor appointment with you when speaking with the doctor. This is every important so that you get all the information up front and you have a witness.
