Yarrow tincture - Traditionally used at the first signs of cold and cough. Relieves sore throat, upset stomach, and internal cramping due to menstruation or menopause.

Yarrow is antiseptic, antibacterial, and a stypic used to stop bleeding. The leaves and flowers can be used in a powder or poultice to stop bleeding in topical uses.

Tinctures are typically made with an 80 proof or higher alcohol.

Dosages are 1-2 drops once per day at the first sign of illness. Integrate more intake at intervals of 1-2 drops every 2 days until you begin to feel better.

What an amazing weekend! Another successful Renaissance Festival for the books. Thank you to all the cast and volunteers with Bluffwoods Renaissance Festival, and all those who worked immensely hard to make this event possible!

We met some really awesome people, and are SO excited for next year! Only 364 more days! 🤗
