Policy change:

Members, as much as possible over the last 6 months, we have been communicating that we will not be able to waive decline charges anymore.

If your payment declines with us, a $25 fee is automatically applied and we are not able to waive that.

With this said, it is extremely important to update your payment information as soon as it needs updated.

Members!

We have been hard at work undergoing a software conversion to bring some helpful features for our members to enjoy.

With this, new door systems were a requirement. Rest assured, we having been working to make this as seamless as possible for members.

If you take a look at the first picture, you'll see two scanners - the one on the left is the old scanner, one on the right is the new scanner. Your first time scanning on the new scanner will take an extra second to read (reprogramming your key fob) and the second time will be as quick as normal. Should you experience issues scanning on the new 'Gantner' system, the old system is a good fallback option temporarily.

Picture 3 showcases an old style key fob that we used to utilize, these will NOT work at any Eastlake/FitStop locations and you will need to stop in to your home location to get those switched to the updated fob in picture 2.

Members, rejoice! The facility is back open!

We are coming back with some improvements to the facility so please let us know how you enjoy that. Thank you all for your patience and understanding during this hardship.

Our Rochester location will remain closed until further notice.
The water damage to the club was significant and will require repairs/replacements. We are working diligently to get the gym up and running again.
