All ya gotta do is feel your feelings.

No, really.

FEEL. Your. Feelings.

Can you imagine a world where all of us were actually taught how to FEEL?

It’s THEE truest act of love.

This is what I do. Feel my feelings.

But, the work doesn’t stop there.

The idea is to feel your feelings, but also understand WHY you feel that way.

Because if you don’t find the WHY, those feeling will continue to show up.

Get to the root.
Hold yourself accountable.
Don’t react when you’re triggered; keep your power.

Feel.
Heal.

It sounds easy.

It’s not.

I live this Alchemic process and it’s why I am here- to hold your hand & your heart while you learn to feel, too!
