Our office hours will be changing until further notice. Our oldest daughter was hospitalized all last week. She is recovering at home now so in the mean time we will be going back to our previous hours of 4pm - 6pm Monday Thru Thursday or by appointment, until further notice. Thank you.

Hello everyone! We are back from vacation and ready to get back to work. Thank you all for your patience. We truly enjoyed the time with our family. Our new hours are Monday thru Thursday 11am - 4pm.
Unfortunately we will not be serving protein bowls and salads on our daily menu but we will still have our shakes and drinks.

Starting tomorrow, July 15th, we will be out for the next few weeks. We will be taking a much needed vacation spending time with our family from out of town and time with our girls. The gym will still be open for members, classes will still go on as usual and we will still be responding to Facebook Messages. If you would like to sign up for the gym we will be available by appointment only. We will post with our hours when we come back. We appreciate everyone for your patience and support the past 2.5 years 🖤
