The fourth trimester isn’t always easy. It can be uncomfortable and push us past our breaking point at times. But the biggest lesson in it is surrender.

Slow down. Surrender to the new role motherhood has taken on. Give yourself grace as you navigate these uncharted waters.

And it doesn’t matter how many babies you have. Each postpartum period is met with its own set of challenges and experiences.

You worked so hard to get here. Let yourself live in this moment. It’s hard, but it is also beautiful.
