Come enjoy our sound bath with a candle light yoga
Come join us tomorrow night Wednesday November 2 at 6:30 to 8:30 for our weekly midweek renewal with candlelight yoga followed by sound bath and then a community drum circle.
Bring a yoga mat to practice on and lay on during sound therapy and a drum to use in our community drum circle to follow.
