Did you know that BB's Bites also bakes for Science Projects? This is my youngest kiddo and he had to make a plant cell project. He decided to make it out of cake with candy. I baked and frosted the cake, and he did all the details with the candy. My OCD kicked in a bit but I did good by letting him do it himself. I will say, one of the easiest cakes I ever did. 😂

When I saw her post about retirement and closing the doors to Carolina Party, Inc., it did hurt my heart, but I am so excited for her!! Since BB's Bites started, I have been supporting her business on baking items and more. Her and the staff have always been welcoming, friendly, loving, and patient with my many phone calls about if they have a certain item in stock. They have also been so supportive of BB's Bites! Ms. Diane Caputo Delorier , I am so happy for this new chapter in your life. You have worked so hard for many years and you definitely deserve this break and time with your family and grandbaby!! I will miss seeing you and the crew but at least I know I can call you for coffee or lunch. Enjoy your retirement to the fullest!! Love you friend!!!

This Care Bears cake took me way back when I was a little girl. It's awesome that my childhood toys/characters are coming back. Who else used to love Care Bears? This sweet birthday girl (and momma), loved how this turned out. Mommy was also excited that her birthday girl wanted a Care Bears cake.
