This past week we were called to assist a home owner cleanup and renovate all beds prior to upcoming house showings, as the owners are selling their property and moving on to bigger and better things. Rock beds were pushed back and weeded. All shrubs and hedges were pruned or trimmed. New edges were cut and fresh mulch was laid down. A new base step was added to the front entrance and a new entertainment area was added off the back deck. Last weeks project involved a clogged drain line which was hooked to the home owners sump pump. Initial investigation showed a collapsed pipe. Further investigation showed the pipe being filled with acorns. This was remediated by removing all compromised pipes and video scoping the remaining sections, followed by inserting a pressure washing wand. New pipe was installed with a custom made cap that is sealed so the chipmunk can’t go back inside. Screened sand was placed inside the trench providing a cushion around the entire pipe. The trench was then covered with soil, seeded, and tack straw was applied to assist with rapid seed growth. Reach out to SourceOne property maintenance for any drainage issues. This weeks project was a new pad for a future shed. This project involved some light excavating, followed by a processed gravel base which is plate tamped every 3 inches for optimum stability. The final step was a wood base constructed with ground contact lumber. We are here to help with old shed demolition along with new shed base construction. PM for more details.

Well, the 2026 season has officially started. This weeks job involved some good ole fashion brush cutting. Not only will your property look better, but it adds a safety factor as well.
