Buffalo Chicken Cottage Cheese Bowl

This high-protein and flavorful bowl combines spicy buffalo chicken with creamy cottage cheese, fresh crunchy veggies, and a drizzle of ranch for the perfect balanced meal.

Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup carrots, shredded
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing

Directions

1. Prepare the buffalo chicken
In a small bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

2. Assemble the bowl
Spoon the cottage cheese into a serving bowl. Arrange the buffalo chicken on top, followed by diced celery and shredded carrots.

3. Drizzle and serve
Drizzle the ranch dressing over the bowl and serve immediately.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and behavioral support
Coordinate medical appointments
Manage client finances and budget
Manage house processes and cleanliness
Manage direct support staff
Manage communication with support coordinators and/or family
Complete monthly documentation and reports for accuracy
Qualifications:

Managerial experience preferred
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to provide physical care
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid UT driver’s license
