Hey all!

I still have available times tomorrow through Thursday for FREE 15 minute pelvic floor movement screens! These screens are taking place at my clinic, located in Leominster 🙂

This is a perfect opportunity to gain some guidance from a pelvic floor therapist if you’re sick of dealing with

- Urinary leakage while you lift weights, run, or jump
- Can’t make it through your workout without having to p*e multiple times
- Having to always bring extra clothes or pads for unexpected leakage
- Hip or low back pain that hasn’t gotten better no matter what you’ve tried
- Trying to figure out how to engage your core (because let’s be real, no one has probably taught you how to actually engage)

Autonomy Pelvic Health is 2 years old this month and as a way to celebrate, I am offering free 15 minute pelvic floor movement screens at my clinic (located in Leominster). The screens will be offered from Monday August 25th thru Thursday August 28th during business hours. You can use link below to schedule and see what I have available; I have morning, afternoon, and evening times available!

This is a great opportunity if you’re having issues like leaking p*e, hip or low back pain, prolapse symptoms, or other pelvic floor concerns that are getting in the way of your life. This is especially for you if you tried all the kegels or online exercises and found they didn’t help.

Please welcome our newest virtual assist, Jodylane!

Born in Colorado and raised across the United States, Jodylane has always thrived in dynamic environments. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Management, she spent five years working on luxury yachts, refining her skills in seamless operations and personalized client experiences. In 2022, Jodylane transitioned into the virtual
assistant industry and now serves as the Director of Operations at HMG. She proudly supports Autonomy Pelvic Health, managing phones, scheduling, and administrative services to ensure smooth
communication and exceptional client care. Her goal is to create an organized, welcoming experience for both practitioners and patients, helping the clinic run efficiently so clients can focus on their healing journey. When she’s not working, Jodylane enjoys traveling to new destinations, exploring the outdoors, and immersing herself in new cultures. Now based in Vermont, she appreciates the beauty of theGreen Mountain State and embraces a balanced lifestyle that fuels
both her personal and professional passions.

We are very excited to have Jodylane here! She will be helping to handle phone calls, emails, messaging, and other tasks to help bring you guys an even better experience here at Autonomy Pelvic Health. I am so excited for you guys to connect with her!

Autonomy Pelvic Health is officially 2 years old! 🎉

Can you believe it?? 😮

I first want to thank all of you: my patients, my referral community, friends, family, and those of you who have cheered me on/ supported me along the way! Without your love and support, I wouldn’t be here two years later. Seriously! All of your support means the world to me 🤍

I’m also going to do something I’m not used to do doing. Thanking MYSELF. Why? Because I didn’t give up. I didn’t quit (even though I’ve had several times I wanted to). If you guys know me, you know I’m all about transparency. Running a business has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. There’s a lot of mistakes you have to make to grow and that’s not something everyone can handle. Having to keep pushing through even when you’re doubting yourself, worried about your bank account, and not having all the answers is HARD ASF! But I’m still here. And I’m proud of myself for that. And I want to thank all of you for guiding me through this crazy journey.

Spending 2 years helping several adults overcome their pelvic floor issues, feel more confident in their bodies, and having more autonomy over their health is so rewarding. Being able to do this truly lights me up and is whats helped me continue this crazy solopraneur journey.

Ever since Autonomy Pelvic Health became an idea in my head, I’ve grown so much. As a clinician, a business owner, a human being. It’s been an up and down journey, but I am so grateful for this. Even when I have tough days, I know I wouldn’t want to be doing anything else. I LOVE what I do! I love being a pelvic floor occupational therapist, a business owner, and lifelong learner. Doing all of these things allows me to fulfill my passion of making this world a better place. I’m here for the long run - I’m here to change the game in pelvic health, in healthcare, and humanity. I really can’t wait to see where Autonomy Pelvic Health goes over the next few years!

Trust me when I say I am READY to continue to make big waves and moves in the pelvic health community. Keep on the look out for big things happening here at Autonomy Pelvic Health.
