I am taking some time off from work -to reset and renew. I want to honor what I try to teach others by stepping into this intentional rest with curiosity, gratitude , and excitement. There’s also grief/irritation/stress and annoyance coming along for the ride too as I pack up my home for a year away.!!! Grateful for my past and my present, all the joy and mess of it … and all those who were and are in it.

I am feeling energized and excited after a day of rest post workshops. I am more aware of how much our community and connections based in authentic spaces are crucial in our journey towards living in pleasure. Consent is sexy because we trust ourselves to hold our own limits and boundaries. More workshops and retreats to come. .yogaak

We activated a new paradigm of communication—grounded in embodied awareness, clarity, and personal authority.

Participants dismantled outdated, fear-based patterns and embraced tools rooted in conscious, compassionate choice.
