My Morning Post: “A Repeat Residual”
I am aware that I may be going against the grain of the industry, but I do NOT believe spirits are residual.

So often I hear how residual spirits are within a location, stuck in a time warp forced to repeat a certain earthly path. Could it be they are simply showing us what they experienced in their life for us to learn?

Each morning I walk down the stairs straight to the Keurig to fill my cup. It is a routine, something that I have done for years. It is not that I am ‘stuck’ in the routine. I simply choose to repeat the process.

Spirits are not condemned to repeat a process for eternity – they simply choose to and share with us what was a part of their earthly path.

My Morning Post: “How Long To Grieve”
“Rick I was told by a friend it is time for me to stop grieving and to get on with life. It is so very hard right now to forget and go on. What should I do?”

Upon a loved one transcending into their next part of life continual – it is ok to grieve and to miss that loved one. You will have those who mean well that will tell you how long to grieve and to get on with life. It is ok to cry as it is a symbol of your love.

Included in my clientele are psychologists, therapists, and counselors who all agree that each grieves in different ways and for lengths of time. Take each day as given to you, embrace the value of life in each day given to you, know your loved ones are living life continual and with you with each day creates an inner comfort.

It is ok to cry – and to believe will ease the grief within the heart. BElieve ~Rick~ November 10th 2016

My Morning Post: “A Believe Validation”
Validations of presence appear in many forms.

While relaxing one evening at home my ‘couple in spirit’ appeared as they often do near my stairway. They do not share messages, but just relay a smile.

I had downloaded an app on my tablet for an investigation, and thought ‘why not try it out’. With the ‘tool’ on, I begin requesting for the couple to ‘be closer to me’.

Within a few seconds I felt their presence just a couple of feet from where I was setting. I thanked the couple, and shared “I have this device, could you relay a word that you wish for me to know, or something that you hear from me often?”
