Please be advised that there has been a recall of some Abbott formulas (Similac, Alimentum and Elecare powdered formulas).

Look for these indicators on the can to know if you are using the affected formula:

the first two digits of the code are 22 through 37 AND
the code on the container contains K8, SH, or Z2 AND
the expiration date is 4-1-2022 (APR 2022) or later.

On this snow day: If you have a question about your sick child please call the office — we are available for emergencies. We will be conducting telemedicine visits for urgent problems as necessary. You can also use MyChart to message us any non-urgent questions you have. Stay safe!

Due to the storm our offices are closed. We will be converting all well visits to telemedicine visits with follow-up appointments next week for examinations and vaccines. If you have an appointment today, please expect a call this morning to schedule your telemedicine visit. Enjoy the snow!!

Our COVID vaccine clinics opened today and we are thrilled to start protecting our 5-11 year olds. YIPPEE! New appointment invitations are being sent out nearly every day so keep an eye on your MyChart account and we will see you soon…

It’s time to start vaccinating 5-11 year olds against COVID! We are now giving it at regularly-scheduled well visits and at our indoor COVID vaccine clinics (starting 11/8). Look for a message in MyChart in the next few days inviting you to make an appointment and then choose the time that works for your family. We look forward to seeing you there!

Our Vaccine Queen has done it again! Over the last few weeks Dr. Zandman gave COVID vaccine boosters to all of our providers and staff. She is working hard to prepare the office for vaccine clinics for our 5-11 patients starting SOON! Stay tuned for more information here and in your MyChart account.

Today we kicked off our second season of outdoor flu shots and it was a success! Dr. Dollinger and crew vaccinated over 80 patients and their parents in the parking lot and saved them the trip up to our office. We will have many more of these clinics this fall, so schedule yours today in MyChart (mychart.chppoc.org). New indoor and outdoor slots are posted every week!
