Why is it so difficult to eat right & be healthy?
I believe it’s because not only are you trying to create a new routine in your life by making better food choices, possibly exercising and other lifestyle changes, but you are also working to undo deeply ingrained habits and thoughts about food. I often say, “Food is Mood” and “Food is Nostalgia.” We use food to change our emotional state or fill the void we are feeling. Often this is done unconsciously. I believe that to be truly successful in your efforts to achieve lasting weight loss and true health, it’s in the repetition of the new habits, and unraveling those subconscious beliefs and rewiring your brain with new ones. Getting healthy isn’t about being perfect every day, it’s about changing the way you view food and how it really makes you feel instead of how you want it to make you feel.

I loved the weekly videos; I loved the slow progression of the program and the coaching sessions. It helped me process each stage before moving on to the next and put that knowledge into good practice. Carla
