What a wonderful and much needed rain last night. An rise in the Barometric pressure will increase my pain and discomfort in my body. I have several ways to get my pain level down. I will turn on music my preference is instrumental music and christian and lay down and relax my body is which can take around 30 minutes. Sometimes os getting my focus off the pain. Ex: embroidery , read a book or the Bible, pray, scrapbook, and journal.
I do have pain medication I can take and do take medication when I can not get the pain at a comfortable level.
