In honor of Veterans Day on Tuesday, November 11, Indianola Wellness Campus will have adjusted hours. The facility will be open from 8 a.m.-Noon. There will be no group exercise or pool availability. Learn & Play will be closed for the day.

The City of Indianola’s Employee Engagement Committee invites the community to join in the fun as various City departments compete in our annual pumpkin decorating contest.

All pumpkins are at the Indianola Wellness Campus. Voting is available through 9 p.m. Thursday, October 30, and can be submitted in person at the IWC during regular business hours or online at https://forms.gle/mkPmyCjMeF3hHZkb9

We had a great time hosting this event yesterday! Thank you to Jamie Michelsen at Parks & Recreation for spearheading the event, and for helping us share our facility with the community!

Learn & Play will be closed on Thursday evening, October 23, from 4-7:30 p.m. so that staff may attend the funeral of John Gorsch, husband and father of our coworkers, Angela and Shelby.

The Wellness Campus will remain open; only the Learn & Play area will be closed.
