Medical Missionaries is planning a medical trip to the Dominican Republic in January 2026. Our team of 10 medical and support volunteers will travel to the DR and also carry much needed supplies that will be sent to St. Joseph Clinic in Thomassique, Haiti.

Here is the list of the most needed over the counter medications:
- Children Vitamins
- Adult Vitamins
- Prenatal Vitamins
--Acetaminophen (for children and adults)
- Ibuprofen (for children and adults)
- Tums
- Antibiotic ointment
- Hydrocortisone 1% cream
- Aleve
- Immodium
- Allergy medicines (Allegra, Zyrtec, etc)

Please help us build up a good supply of these medications to send to the DR and Haiti early next year. Pick up a few bottles if you are at the market or Costco or order them online at your favorite site. They can be dropped off at our Manassas office; it is helpful if you call ahead as we don't want to leave medications in our outdoor dropoff areas.

Thank you for this request in advance; so many are in need of basic medications such as these.

Medical Missionaries recently collected donations for the Jamaica Hurricane Relief Effort. Our volunteers helped move collected supplies from our trailer to the Rev Russell's truck. He will be bringing the donations to a container that will soon be on its way to Jamaica.

All Saints Church in Manassas contributed food, clothes, hygiene products, linens and shoes. The Fredericksburg Lions group brought a carload of food and some clothing. We are very thankful to them and their communities.

Bring holiday cheer to Grundy - Fill a bag!

Our trailer will be heading to Grundy, in the Appalachian area of Virginia, on Tuesday, November 11th, with Dr. George Bazaco and Gregg at the helm.

Get ready to spread some holiday cheer! Medical Missionaries needs your help to make this season extra special for the Rocklick Food Pantry community. Please be generous and participate in our “Fill a bag for Grundy” request to ensure that every family has bountiful thanksgiving and Christmas meals on their tables.

How to Help and What to Donate:

- canned hams, boxed potatoes, desserts and cranberry sauce
- canned goods (meat, fish, stew, chili, soup, fruit, vegetables), powdered milk, cooking oil, peanut butter, cereal, rice, pasta
- baby food, formula, diapers
- paper towels, toilet paper
Please help by avoiding glass jars.

We hope to see you before Tuesday, November 11th.

It’s easy to contribute ! You can stop by the Manassas office or shop your favorite retailers like Amazon or Walmart. Monetary donations are always welcome.

Medical Missionaries has been partnering with Rev. Russell, who frequently travels to Jamaica to support his ministries there. The Reverend reached out to our Manassas office yesterday, urgently seeking supplies for a shipment to Jamaica.

To serve his community during this difficult time, Rev. Russell is requesting donations of non-perishable food, baby supplies (baby food, formula and diapers), basic hygiene and cleaning supplies, and monetary contributions. Our partners at the Fredericksburg Lions Club, Pastor Bush, and All Saints Church in Manassas, among others, are joining us in this important effort.

If you are able to help, please bring your donations to the Medical Missionaries office in Manassas. We are also accepting mailed donations from Walmart, Amazon, and other delivery services.

Thank you for your generosity and support for the people of Jamaica.

Medical Missionaries’ Team deeply appreciates all the family and friends that joined us on October 25th at Windy Knoll Farm! To those who couldn’t make it your support was greatly appreciated from afar!

Thank you to Don and Helen, who opened their farm to our guests inside and outside! Our musicians Zac and Rob and friends, entertained us throughout the day. And Mission BBQ, Gainesville, kept us well fed.

Medical Missionaries’ volunteers: thank you for a job well done! And to our guests: You helped Medical Missionaries raise funds for our many projects at home and around the world. We hope you had a great time!

We are on the final countdown to the Family and Friends Day at the beautiful Windy Knoll Farm this Saturday the 25th 2 - 6pm. Tickets are still on sale online, at the office or at the door.

We are also selling raffle tickets to all of you who can't join us but would like to support the event. Raffle tickets are selling at a real bargain: 40 tickets for $20! They can be purchased online or at the office.

We have an abundance of raffle gifts - we would be so happy to drop your tickets in the many baskets that will be available!

Medical Missionaries is celebrating its Annual Fall Festival at Windy Knoll Farm in Nokesville, Va on Saturday October 25th! We have a terrific lineup of food, entertainment, and events. We hope you and your friends can join us!

Dr. Irwin recently met with these visitors from Cameroon, West Africa They traveled to our Manassas office to finalize plans for their container which will be loaded in the next few weeks at our warehouse.
