How we got started: Paradise Fitness

Tina and Ray met in 2006 during a fitness workshop at a health club in Pennsylvania. In 2009, they exchanged wedding vows on a beach in the Caribbean, right between the two palm trees on our logo! In 2010, Paradise Fitness was formed. Tina and Ray are well educated with decades of experience and love to share their passion for fitness with everyone.

Tina is certified by AFAA in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Kickboxing, and Step. She has owned and operated three fitness centers in Central Florida and managed health clubs in Pennsylvania and New York. Tina is a Affiliate coordinator for the American Council on Exercise .
