Silver Threads I love my work of many years as a therapist and art therapist, personal coach. Based on a sliding scale, I can meet online/in person

My skills support people with a history of trauma, poor self esteem, addictions, anxiety, depression, death and grief. I have enjoyed my work of many years as a therapist, with a focus on trauma and substance abuse, often using art and spirituality as a medium for healing and recovery. I am available to meet in person or remotely, online.

Breathe… you have done enough… Don’t overshadow the Magick with chaos…

Love is not measured by how many material things you buy…

But in the quality of time that you give to others …

 Create New traditions in ways of giving that don’t involve stress & resentment.

Remember, Love is the Reason for the Season.

If it’s not coming from a place of Love ❤️ in your Heart, don’t say it, buy it or do it.

seek Light,
as is
commonly believed.

I have my way of knowing
and trusting,
without question where I should be who I am with
who walks
next to me?

Many have come and gone.
Many have turned away and seek knowing from books and Internet.

to share
the knowing

I am surrounded by treasure.
My life is as rich,
as in gold.
The city, the rooftops below me are gold.
Seeds, plants and flowers are gold. My body, my breasts, my yoni,
my brain, my feet
as in gold. The rays of the sun shine on me and cover me in gold.
I am flooded in gold.

Turquoise: my knees are on the earth. I am humbled by this magnificence of turquoise and moths such endurance. Survival in the midst of a chaotic planet. Survival and acknowledgment of all that conspires to the longevity and legacy and beauty, the astonishing beauty.

I honor and am deeply grateful for your continuing presence in my life and on the planet. Ancestors of ancient times saw your magnificence and surrounded their lives, feeling deep in their cells your contribution to life, beautiful, sustainable life.
