***If you're starting your new year practice with us, these are your need to know details***

🌹We will begin a gentle, healing, meditative kundalini yoga 40 day practice on Saturday 1/3.
🐦‍🔥We will begin a fiery kundalini kriya yoga 40 day practice for Valentine's weekend & Chinese New Year on Sunday 2/15.

✨Forty day practices are free for our members, and the New Year forty day has a sliding scale tuition for non-members to make it accessible and supportive for everyone. Just put your desired tuition amount into the "support Open Hearts" box on our website, or Zelle and Venmo if you prefer.
✨Please take a quick, easy moment to register online. We no longer take walk-ins, all offerings require RSVP.
✨Registration for in person attendance for 1/3 closes at 11:59pm on January 2nd.

This forty day is a in person/online hybrid offering with 1-2 in person classes per week on Wednesday and Sundays, and online streaming 5 days per week at varying times. Video recordings are available 24/7 so you can practice live with us, or at your convenience.

(The 40 day practice that begins on 2/15 is live in person at the studio every day, as well as live on demand in the online studio 24/7.)

*****For those coming in person on 1/3, please arrive Saturday between 9:45-10:15am to check in and get settled on your mat. The ranch road gate will lock promptly at 10:15, and you will not be able to come in if you are late.*****

🎉We will begin live streaming DAY ONE for everyone in our private online classroom at 10:30am on 1/3. WHOOT WHOOT!!!🎉
Live in person class dates:

1/3 arrive at 10am Saturday, ranch road gate locks at 10:15am, Movement begins promptly at 10:30, and you can stay all day for the workshops and community circle, or just for yoga 10:30-12pm and soundbath from 12-1pm

1/7, 1/14, 1/21, 1/28, 2/4, 2/11 YOGA @4:30pm Wednesday, Community Circle at 6:30pm

2/13 40th day of practice together followed by CLOSING CEREMONY & SOUND BATH CELEBRATION at 7:30pm

🌟Casual, comfortable dress. Bring your yoga mat, blanket, bolster, water, and snacks if desired.
🌟Open Hearts is a *Drug-Free, Smoke-Free, Alcohol-Free Environment*
🌟You may take photos of the land, the facility, and the facilitators. NO photos of participants. Cellphones muted and out of sight.
