  Our main contract is with the State of California Health Insurance, MEDICAL, and the State of California Department of Aging and Disabilities, to implement their free program.    Carson Adult Day Health Care Center(CADHCC)
is a community-based program that provides
- medical,
- rehabilitative,
- social and recreational services
to
- elderly persons, a person with disabilities and
- other adults
with
- functional impairments
- either physical or mental,
for the purpose of
- restoring or maintaining optimal capacity
- for self-care. programs and services without Walls!
 The focus of our services in the participation of our participant’s caregivers and families, match our Participant’s Medical and Health needs, physically and psychologically:   Our goal
- is to keep the participant and its support team, inform in the prevention of COVID infection and
- hospitalization and institutionalization prevention
by
- continued participation with our virtual groups and exercises
And calling over the phone
= as though you are attending our center. Our center at this time is a “Center without Walls”
= as designated by the Dept of Aging.
/\ To make sure our participants are kept involved
- with both mental and physical activities. We are providing health services outside of our center walls to your homes virtually
via
- phone calls,
- face time,
- messenger,
- etc in whatever ways we may reach out to each of you! These include healthy and nutritionally served breakfast and lunch food brought to your doorsteps.
