This week we dive into the archetype of the mystic.

A mystic is not someone who blindly follows a path laid out by others.

A mystic is someone who seeks truth through direct experience with the Divine... someone who desires to feel God, not just read about it.

Mystics throughout history, from the Sufi poets like Rumi to yogis and shamans, remind us that the power we seek is not outside of us. It flows from the Divine Source within, the well that never runs dry.

Today’s Mystic Monday is for the spiritual souls who love the upper realms… who pull the cards, consult the oracle, expand into oneness, but secretly feel confused, disconnected from their body, or unsure of their truth.

I used to live almost entirely in the upper chakras. I thought expanding spiritually meant going up, ascending, escaping. What I didn’t realize was that I was still disassociated… still not fully embodied… still not sovereign.

In this week’s teaching, we explore:

• The map of your energy body: the lower, upper, and heart chakras
• Why so many spiritual women lose their sovereignty by staying “up there”
• The truth about the ego (and why it’s not the enemy)
• How religious conditioning demonized the body

The feminine principle, aligned with the Moon, is the current of sacred receptivity, bone-deep intuition, and dreams made manifest in the material world. She restores, nourishes, and unites. When this lunar energy is imbalanced within us, we may feel trapped in our emotions — swinging between deep pain and ecstatic bliss. We feel lost, reactive to life, disconnected from our bodies and the wisdom that lives within us.

When the feminine is harmonized with the masculine, we feel grounded in our passion, held by structure, and clear in our heart-led direction.

The masculine principle, associated with the Sun, rises with purpose and sets with completion. Unlike the spiraling cycles of the Moon, the solar energy moves in a clear, radiant path. The gift of the masculine is piercing sight, clarity, direction, and sacred structure. It builds, protects, and guides. Yet without the feminine, the masculine is lifeless — shooting its arrow into the dark, without a deeper why for its action.

When these energies are in harmony, our visions take form through the deep, embodied wisdom of the feminine, married with the clarity and devotion of the masculine.

The Alchemical Marriage is an ancient teaching of holy union. A sacred process of integrating our inner dualities and returning to the wholeness that has always been within us. Across spiritual traditions, this inner union is seen as the path to awakening. In Jungian psychology, it is the merging of the unconscious and conscious mind; the sacred wedding of soul and spirit, shadow and light. ☾𖤓
