I love my job(s)-triathlon and run coach, sports nutritionist, strength coach, etc. I’m an endurance jack of all trades. But after 16 years of doing what I love, I’ve come to realize that there’s something really special about getting to help athletes with the “little things.”
Training for a triathlon or marathon can take months to years. We shoot for smaller goals along the way, but still it can be hard to see big progress.
This month I’ve taught quite a few 1:1 swim lessons and with each lesson, each athlete has been able to make strides and see big progress right away. As a coach this is amazing. As an athlete I hope it’s the same! One 40 min lesson = faster with less effort!
We coaches are on your journeys with you. And we feel your highs and lows. These sessions are so fun! So if you’re on a “long term” trajectory and need to see some quick wins, something like a swim lessons would be great.
