Small daily actions can make a big difference in how fast your body recovers and adapts.

Here are 3 habits that help physio work better and faster:

✔️ Stay consistent with your exercises → Progress comes from regular practice, not doing more. Good form + consistency helps your body rebuild safely.

✔️ Manage your daily load → Recovery depends on what you do outside the clinic. How you sit, stand, lift, and take breaks all influence healing.

✔️ Prioritize recovery basics → Sleep, hydration, and daily movement support tissue healing and overall recovery.

Physio is a team effort between your sessions and your everyday habits. The little things you do daily often make the biggest impact.

Chris leads our clinics bringing 19 years of experience in both leadership and patient care.

Before joining our team, Chris practiced in Seattle and Spokane, helping patients move better and feel stronger every day. Outside the clinic, he spends time with his wife and three kids, enjoying camping, hiking, fishing, and golf. 🎣⛺️🏌️‍♂️
