Workplace wellness is an attitude you create. We would love to partner with your business to build a healthier and more productive work team with or without a fitness center. Personal Training
Our dedicated personal trainers will help lead and encourage you to reach your fitness goals. Flexible hours available. Time set with personal trainer. Call or stop in to get started!

30 Day Challenges
Our “30 Day Booty Kick” and 30 day “Goin’ the Distance” include 3 meetings, start and finish measurements/weight and body fat %, workouts, tips, logs, leadership, motivation and more. Group Classes
Tuesdays 6-7 Cardio
Thursdays 6-7 Strength/Pilates

We offer limited hours with open doors for you to workout at our F.I.T.2help Studio. Community Outreach

Miles2help: We plan a miles2help walk/run to raise money to help a local charity, struggling individual, or struggling family. We would love for you to join and will have more details as the date draws near for this event. Blankets2Bless: You can donate new or used blankets through our business. Just drop them off at our studio or give them to a F.I.T.2help trainer. We will be sure to give these donations to individuals or places in need. We have given blankets to the Flannery-Keal Domestic Violence Shelter, St. Martins, White's Family and Residential Services, and more. Most blankets we give have tags that say "Because You Matter" and Isaiah 40:29.

Rest.
After Christmas, as we head into the new year, we usually leap straight into all our goals and big plans for the year ahead. But statistics show that most of us don’t accomplish those goals—many are abandoned within the first two weeks. I’m not saying this to discourage you or crush your excitement. I’m saying it because it’s human. You’re not alone. And maybe… you missed one key step to actually being successful: resting.
As I mentioned in my last post, we are busy creatures—sometimes by choice, sometimes because life demands it. But rest is the only way we truly recover. Our minds and bodies cannot produce productivity, positive thinking, or real success without taking time to rest.
Before you jump into your goals and to-dos, pause. Take a moment to breathe. Instead of diving into an intense HIIT routine or a strict diet, give yourself three permission slips before the new year, and six to eight permission slips for the entire year of 2026.
These should be a mix of real permissions—permission to get a massage (or regular massages), permission to enjoy that dessert… yes, the whole dessert you’ve been craving, permission to have a good cry, permission to take a weekend for yourself or for you and your partner, doing yoga or mobility for your workout(s), or permission to finally believe in yourself. These permissions can be anything you’ve been putting off out of fear, guilt, or busyness—anything that helps you rest, reset, and actually take care of yourself.
I’ll be sharing example permission slips you can fill in or use as inspiration when creating your own. Remember, these aren’t excuses—they’re encouragements to slow down, create margin, and actually honor your needs.
Then… then go crush those goals. Let’s break those statistics—or at least lower them a little.

Meet Jim and Brenda Hayes ❤️.
At 85, they are still great examples of a couple who understand the value of exercise and living a healthy lifestyle!! Jim has been in the gym since he was 16 years old (I could easily see it when we met for personal training), and Brenda joined him in the gym 30 years ago.
Jim has a kind and gentle spirit, and Brenda is a great encourager. Together, they live great examples of perseverance and have for years!!
We encourage you to continue to persevere!!💪💪

The holidays get busy fast.
Two family Christmases to cook for… a White Elephant party… work piling up before the new year… gifts to buy and wrap… and the list just keeps growing.

These become the excuses we use for why we “can’t” work out during the holidays.

But Thanksgiving just reminded us of something important: gratitude. Gratitude for family, for joy, for food, for memories… and for our bodies.

As someone who hasn’t always had full control over my body, this hits deeply for me. I’m thankful that I can move. I’m thankful that my body still is capable, even when life is loud and messy.

So let’s show that gratitude with action.
Let’s start today, not “after the new year.”
Let’s enjoy the holidays with a little sweat, a little movement, and a lot of heart.

Walk while the cookies bake.
Speed-shop like it’s a sport.
Find tiny pockets of movement between the fun and chaos.
It makes the holidays feel even sweeter — and you’ll feel freer for it.

Life stays busy.
Life always offers excuses.
But we get to choose how we show up.

Holiday Sneak-In-Sweat Tips

Speed walk while shopping for presents — aisles count as cardio and don't take shortcuts!

After wrapping ONE present:

Walk one lap around the house + 5 squats

Bake Time AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) Circuit:

5 Squats

20 High Knees

10 Jumping Jacks

10 Side Lunges (5 each side)

15 Sit-Ups

Walk the full Walkway of Lights instead of driving.

Holiday Movie Challenge:
Every time you hear the word “Santa,” do an ab exercise for 10-20 reps
(Swap the word depending on the movie: Grinch, Rudolph, Frosty, etc.)

Let’s be thankful that we are able to move.
And let’s show that thanks by moving, even a little, starting today. 🎄✨💪

Our Annual Holiday LIFTT ❤️❤️❤️
What a special group we had sharing, laughing, creating beautiful crafts and making special “memory hugs”!!
I just love this night!
LIFTT means Living Intentionally for Today & Tomorrow. This season be intentional to take time to make memories, find rest, exercise, enjoy family & friends, encourage others, spread smiles and hugs, and enjoy the little things. I am thanking God for all the wonderful people in my life!

FIT2help is proud to welcome Mackenzie Hall to share a monthly post for us!!
She is a Purdue grad with a bachelors in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Physiology and she received her masters at SIUE in Sport and Exercise Psychology.
Mackenzie was a strength coach for several teams at both locations, and an internship at Clemson University that brings a well rounded viewpoint to our team!
She understands the ups and downs of living a healthy journey through her degree, strength coaching, personal training and through her own fitness journey which includes the discouragement of living with her own neurological pain disorder that challenges her to look at and approach fitness differently than her “personality“. She is determined and continues to build stepping stones from it!
We are excited for her encouraging words!!
Plus, I am proud to share that she is my daughter! ❤️

“As September comes to a close, many of you are finishing a challenge to get your steps or miles in, to complete different trails. For those of you who crushed it — WAY TO GO!

But for some of us (myself included), every step was a fight — whether mentally or physically. Life is hard. It throws us curveballs, and those challenges can make us feel like we’ve failed if we didn’t reach every single goal. It’s easy to start talking down to ourselves and criticizing everything.

But your value is constant. Your worth is not defined by results.

As Joshua Medcalf said in his book Chop Wood, Carry Water (highly recommended if you haven’t read it): it (your value) is priceless. YOU are priceless — whether this month was full of wins or not.

You have tomorrow. You have next month. Pick yourself up, remember your value, remember your goals, and go after them — in whatever way that looks like for you.”
