Healing is simple...

Healing ourselves and others can be very simple. The quality of our life can be improved so much by letting go.

Here are some simples thing you can do:

Listen - Only listening can be so powerful for people to get answers just by listening to their own frase

Touch - Giving each other a little massage or holding hands can be so healing for anyone especially kids.

Music - Music has an ability to heal and sooth our vibrations. Being open to different type of music, helps us open our heart and let it in.

Food and Detox - Detoxing our body and certain foods can be helping to elevate our mood and our vibration.

Meditation - Quiet our mind can be very effective in healing a certain thought or pattern we want to let go of.

Exercise Yoga and Dance - We all need movement, moving can help move emotional and physical toxins, bring more oxygen in and being in the moment.

Breathing - So many people don't breath deep enough. I notice when I a working on people how they holding their breath.

Bodywork - Bodywork can help release in a very deep way. Of course the quality depends on how easy is for the therapist to listen to your body language and by being clear when passing the light.
