Whenever I cook I make extra everythinggg to make my next meal as easy as possible.

How Iâm combating EARLY WAKINGS (anytime btwn 4am and 6am)
I just added some info to my stories on how is the queen of sleep and has saved my life...
LJ recently went from waking up at 6-6:30am to 5ish. After reading through her âTop Culprits for Early Morning Wakingsâ post here is what Iâve decided to do...
1. Go to bed at 7-7:15pm instead of 7:30-8pm
2. Do not feed him at 5am and especially DO NOT put him back to bed (his belly will start signaling a 5am wake up call to eat out of habit).
This morning I rocked him for a little in his bassinet and he sort of dozed back off for a little. I then fed him around 6:15am.
3. Put him down for his first nap 2 hours after his DESIRED wake time (6:15am, making his nap 8:15am) even though he was technically awake around 5ish.
Iâll let ya know how it works!! In the meantime check out her blog posts and content. There is something to address literally every issue regarding sleep.

My little ham bone đ Tell me, what makes your baby laugh (like hysterically belly laugh, not just giggle). We got a tough crowd over here.

This literally takes 5 minutes to make (or however quickly you can scramble your eggs). Iâm usually shoving food down my throat now so I dont really have a whole lot of time to get creative in the kitchen. I finally understand what you moms have been complaining about. đ¤Ł
This pesto makes it though. I mashed some avocado, scrambled some eggs, and topped with goat cheese and siracha. Itâs freaking delicious and works as breakfast or lunch. Heck, even dinner.

HELLLOOOO Instagram!!! Wow, I have been offline (as a business) for quite some time as Iâve been a little preoccupied with lovinâ on this little dude. Meet LJ, heâs 5 months. However, over the past few weeks something has been prompting me to get back on social media... but with a different intention and purpose... donât get me wrong, youâll still get a lot of health inspo but youâre also going to see a lot more of my day to day as a mom, wife, friend, and just human in this crazy world. I will not be accepting clients just yet, but I hope my life can serve as an encouragement this way in the meantime đđ

Salads can get pretty boring, right? Itâs always the usual toppings đHOWEVER constantly inspires me with her âunusualâ topping combos and this right here is one of them. In fact, itâs been a favorite of mine for the past few years.
The greens are topped with marinated portobello mushrooms (w. balsamic dressing), caramelized red onions, pears, and walnuts. DELISHHH.
If you want to be more consistent with eating veggies, try picking 1 or 2 days of the week that you will devote to âsalad nightâ. Kind of like a meatless Monday thing. Try a new salad recipe each week to keep it interesting.

Many of the ingredients in our products are known carcinogens and hormone disruptors and have been linked to serious health concerns like cancer, asthma, and infertility.
Do you know if your skin and beauty products are safe?

Sleeeeep đ´ - Although Iâm not one of them (thank you Lord), I know SO many people who struggle with getting adequate and quality sleep. There are so many products on the market and methods to try, but I want to know what YOU personally have had success with. It could be anything!
My husband struggled with this for years and the only thing that has worked longterm was cutting out caffeine (I know I know, not what anyone wants to hear). My dad has also had some luck with a natural medicine called Sleepology by Genexa. And a friend who swears by the essential oil vetiver!

Iâm not a âfishâ person at all, but these salmon tacos truly hit the spot every time. Theyâre also super easy to make, a win win if ya ask me.
The magic is def in this salsa! Itâs just diced avocado, pineapple, cilantro, salt and lime juice! I also added rice and teriyaki sauce this time around. So so good.
Oh and you can buy about 5 frozen wild caught salmon filets from Whole Foods for like $20-$25. I donât always remember to thaw so I just throw them right in the oven frozen!

In response to post âIf you won the lottery what is the one thing you would invest in?â
Hands freakin down it would be a private plant based chef. As much as my job revolves around food, I actually donât really enjoy cooking it. I used to be AWFUL at cooking (like couldnât make boxed mac n cheese, just ask ) However, the more educated I became about food, the more I realized the importance of cooking. Itâs truly the only way for me to maintain a healthy diet. And as you learn it def gets easier (and a littleeee more exciting đ)
SO on days like today where I have the craving but not the energy or desire to bake, I wish I could snap my finger and ask my private chef to whip up a batch of these paleo chocolate cupcakes with vegan pb frosting. I made them a few weeks ago and they are heavenly. Find the recipe on website! đ
