In honor of the Full Strawberry SuperMoon tonight, I wanted to share some rituals that you can perform tonight to help you with your self-manifestation. This is the perfect time to cleanse the air, set your intentions, and appreciate where you are at in life:

1. Saging and Smudging: Take your time setting your intentions for your ritual. Once you have done this, give yourself some time to meditate in your space.

2. Journal your intentions: Before you mediate, it may be helpful to write down what you would like to get out of your experience.

3. Visualize the finer details of the Full Moon: Focus on how bright it is, the craters, its position in the sky—and feel its calming energy wash over your body and release any tension.

In legends, Hummingbird is often portrayed as a healer or as a spirit being who helps people in need. Seeing a hummingbird is a sign of good luck in many Native American tribes, especially Northwest Coast tribes. In ancient Mexico, hummingbirds were considered sacred and associated with royalty and warriors; the Aztec god Huitzilopochtli, patron god of the Aztec capital Tenochtitlan, had the hummingbird as his divine animal and was sometimes depicted in hummingbird form in traditional Aztec art.
