Girl… you’re not stuck.You’re just undertraining for the result you want.

I did not build this physique by accident, and I definitely did not build it by playing small.
I built it through years of intention, discipline, and a willingness to keep going, even when the changes were slow.

I’m 6.5 years sober, and this journey was never just about not drinking.

It’s about taking inventory of my habits, my energy, my environment, and the people around me. It’s about asking, does this still align with the woman I’m becoming?

Sobriety gave me clarity. Fitness gave me an outlet. Wellness gave me a lifestyle I’m proud of.

Somewhere in that process, I stopped chasing chaos and started protecting my peace. I stopped looking for escape and started building a life I did not want to run from.
